PostHeaderIcon The Seven Keys To Success

The skills you need to do everything in life start in your mind. When you think you can do something, you will try and succeed. Your thoughts dictate your actions and determine your level of commitment, which affects the outcome. The sum of the parts makes the whole-

THOUGHT + COMMITMENT + ACTION = RESULT

The drive and ambition you need to succeed start with the mechanics of your mind. And these inevitably have been shaped through your experiences in life, since you were just a little baby.

Walter Mischel, a Stanford professor, noticed as long ago as 1981 that a young child's ability to delay gratification was predictive of that same child's teenage academic ability. This predictability has since been shown to hold true of later academic success and career experience. Children who were successful in delaying gratification found ways in which to distract themselves from the temptation of candy which was put in front of them, based upon the promise of greater rewards at a later time - double the quantity of candy later so long as they resisted now.

Those children who easily succumbed to the sweet temptations and could not find successful strategies of resistance tended in later life to get lower scores, suffer more from stress, find it more difficult to make friends and had low attention spans. In effect they had not learned how to think in a more productive way. They had not learned the basic strategies necessary or success.

Even if you did not learn the secret of success as a child you can retrain your brain and learn these secrets now, with the help of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and it allows access to the inner workings of your mind. Your subconscious mind, whilst in hypnosis, is open to new suggestions and the seeds of change can be sewn. With the use of hypnosis downloads, these seeds will grow and flourish, as they are watered through regularly listening to powerful hypnotic suggestions for success. Before long, you will have a whole new set of mental skills and strategies, opening the door to a whole new set of possibilities, paving the way to your success.

PostHeaderIcon Why Do Successful People Use Hypnosis?

A successful person has a lot of major qualities which together form the foundations which lead to success. To have the confidence in oneself, the belief that you have a good idea, the belief that you can do it is clearly a major factor. This is needed by the barrel load. Tenacity is also required, the tenacity to keep on going, to fight for your ideals, for your goals no matter what obstacles get in your way. Determination and commitment are essential ingredients, as is a burning desire to succeed. This is what causes you to leave no stone unturned. The ability to focus on your goal and turn a blind eye to distractions is also involved.

What else is needed in order to stand out from the crowd? The icing upon the cake is to have imagination, to have vision. The most essential thing of all is the ability to see the end result which you so desire. How could you make a chair if you could not visualize it first? How could you design an airplane if you did not imagine flying first? How could the electric light bulb be invented without first having a vision of the light which it would create?

If you were to read the biographies of almost all successful people, they would say that the key to their success was that they had vision. They had the ability to see something in their minds eye and this is what enabled them to set about its creation. If you dig a little deeper you will find that their most creative moments came in times when their mind was relaxed, when they were in a meditative state, when in a state of relaxed focus.

This state of relaxed focus is hypnosis. Many successful people intentionally induce this state of creativity, whilst others inadvertently drift into this state. Either way, this state is essential to creativity and to remarkable vision. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation at one with a state of heightened awareness. When in hypnosis your subconscious mind comes to the fore and you get past the critical aspect of the conscious mind. Your imagination is enhanced and your ability to problem solve comes to the fore.

PostHeaderIcon Tip To Pass Your Driving Test With Confidence

No matter how good a driver you are, it's only human to feel a little bit of anxiety when sitting next to the examiner instead of your usual driving instructor. The more it matters to you, the more anxious you can become, due to the pressure you inadvertently put upon yourself.

The symptoms of anxiety are all too familiar to many a person; heart beating rapidly, feeling a little bit too hot, palms beginning to sweat, and so on. Not the most conducive state in which to be when taking your driving test. And for those who have failed a driving test before pressure and tension tends to build, and you can find yourself inadvertently running horror movies in your mind - you see yourself stalling the car, not making that emergency stop, turning the wrong way, crashing...all these scenarios popping into your mind and adding to your anticipation of disaster.

How can you STOP this cycle and relax your mind and visualize a different outcome, an outcome where you drive beautifully and pass your driving test with absolute driving confidence? The answer is easy - HYPNOSIS.

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and so in just learning to use this natural art you will know how to relax quickly and easily, whenever you want to, or whenever you feel that you need to. You will learn to relax your breathing and remain cool, calm and confident. The calm and relaxing state of hypnosis will allow you to take a step back, to firstly dissociate from all that pent-up emotion and secondly to direct your mind to see what you want to see. It allows you to train your mind to expect to be calm, to expect to drive perfectly, to have driving confiddence, to expect to pass your test.

And this is massively important, because your thoughts create your reality. What you expect to see does indeed tend to happen. Your thoughts and associated emotions act like powerful magnets, drawing what you are focusing upon into your reality. Just imagine what would happen if you did not learn to control your thoughts and direct your subsequent actions.
